Linkstash.
A quieter place for useful links

Keep the link.
Keep the reason.

Save a URL with a note and tags. Find it later by title, description, URL, or collection. Linkstash turns a pile of tabs into a working reference shelf.

Source-run, single-operator prototype · no public hosted account

01 / THE WORKFLOW

A small habit.
A better library.

The current app keeps the job concrete: save, add context, retrieve. No browser extension or share sheet is implied.

01

Save a link

Use the in-app form. Linkstash can fetch the page title, description, image, and favicon; you can edit the details.

02

Add your context

Give the bookmark a description and tags, then place it in named collections without moving the underlying record.

03

Retrieve it

Search titles, descriptions, and URLs. Filter by tag, collection, or active and archived status.

02 / WHAT'S HERE

Context travels
with the bookmark.

Collections, bulk actions, and JSON or Netscape HTML transfer support everyday curation. Import skips duplicate URLs; it is not a lossless restore of distinct bookmark identities.

03 / CURRENT SCOPE

Built to run close.
Honest about the edges.

Linkstash is a source-run prototype for a trusted single operator. Its API has no authentication or per-user isolation; keep it off untrusted networks.

↳

Access

There is no verified public app deployment or hosted account. Source access and local setup are required.

↳

Browse limits

The ordinary list loads the first 50 results. The add-to-collection picker loads the first 100 candidates.

↳

Capture

Saving happens in the app. Browser-extension, bookmarklet, and share-sheet capture are not implemented.
